His albums, such as 2023 (1975) and Yeni Bir Gün (1979), are considered masterpieces of Anatolian rock, blending traditional Turkish instruments with contemporary production. Notable songs like "Gülpembe" and "Dönence" remain beloved classics, showcasing his poetic lyricism and innovative musical style.
Manço was also renowned for his dynamic live performances, including shows in the UK, where he introduced audiences to Turkish rock's vibrant energy.
