Soulidified came together in a way nobody could have scripted. The four members — Shade Jenifer, Malik Heard, Bradley Rittmann and Landon Boyce — met as individual contestants on Netflix's Building the Band, a competition that challenged solo singers to form groups with strangers. What started as a TV experiment quickly became something far more real. The quartet's chemistry was undeniable from the off, and their tight vocal harmonies and shared creative instincts set them apart throughout the series, where they finished in third place.
Rooted in the pop and R&B sounds of the 90s and early 2000s, Soulidified wear their influences proudly while carving out a sound that feels fresh and distinctly their own. Managed by Johnny Wright — the man behind New Kids on the Block, *NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys — the group released their debut single "One & Only" in August 2025, with further music following in 2026. With serious industry pedigree behind them and a fast-growing fanbase at their back, this is a group with real momentum.
