Sick Joy are a post-grunge/alternative band from Newcastle.
Reminiscient of Pixies and Nirvana, the band self-describe themselves as 'kind of like Nine Inch Nails and Slipknot and Massive Attack all had dinner together'.
Having worked with Queens of the Stone Age and Chris Cornell's producer, Alain Johannes on their 2022 album WE'RE ALL GONNA F***ING DIE, the band have cemented themselves in a spiky, textured, brooding sound with punk energy.
