Ronan Keating has moved well past his boyband days and has achieved world stardom. Singer, manager and TV personality, the lad from Dublin has done well and can boast winning a well-deserved Ivor Novello Award.

Keating’s bid for stardom first started with the rise of Boyzone. The boy band burst on to the scene in 1993 but not before Keating beat past another 300 hopefuls at the auditions with his rendition of Cat Steven’s Father And Son when he was aged just 14 years old. Boyzone would become one of the acts that defined the decade releasing 16 singles - all of which would chart within the top three in the UK charts. Boyzone would sell over 40 million albums.

Whilst still working within the much loved boy band Keating would begin his first steps towards ever greater things and began managing the similarly successful act Westlife. His first solo album was released in 2000 under the simple title Ronan. The record cemented his reputation as a talented songwriter and a performing artist in his own right.

He has now sold over 25 million records as a solo artist and continues to work on ever greater projects including being a judge on The X Factor and a coach on The Voice.

Earlier in the year saw the release of his tenth studio album titled Time Of My Life. The emotional songs see Keating move forward into a new chapter and take a honest look at the love and loss in his life.

This is the music I’ve always wanted to make. This is who I am and it feels absolutely right. To go out with all this new material, and playing guitar, will be so exciting. These songs were written for live performance.
