Best gig of 2024
I knew of the RPJ band but had never seen them. I saw they were playing at a venue really close to me, “The Big Shed” (Trent Navigation) in Nottingham, for a very reasonable price as well. I managed to talk a dozen or so friends into coming along, many of whom had never heard of the band, or what to expect.
It was a great venue, but semi open air. The winter wind howled through The Shed and “snow” fell all around. :)
Every single one of us was blown away by the pre- Christmas performance. Great choice of songs, excellent musicianship and a blistering, high energy performance from Rick himself.
I can’t wait to see this band again.
