A lovely experience
We were greeted by two fantastic security guards who were very entertaining — even on TikTok to prove it!
When we first entered, we were a little unsure what to do as there was one member of staff at the desk on the phone with a customer. We waited for around five minutes and still weren’t sure where to go, and we were standing near a stock/staff door so felt we were in the way. We decided to walk past and were then challenged by a member of staff who came across as quite abrupt. However, this was resolved very quickly.
After that, the rest of the experience was lovely. Some areas of the shops felt a little small due to the number of people, but that was expected. The overall look and layout of the store were beautiful — we loved all the added extras like the displays, dancing, and music.
The girls found everything they needed and really enjoyed making their perfume and opening the drawer. Paying for the items was well organised, and the photos and memories we made are fab.
We would definitely recommend the whole experience.

Fabulous
My 15 year old daughter and 6 year old grandaughter loved it although I think I loved it more I wanted everything the girls were very spoilt
