About PeelingFlesh

Formed in Oklahoma City in 2021, Peeling Flesh have quickly become one of the most talked-about names in extreme music. Starting out with a string of mixtapes and EPs, beginning with Slamaholics Mixtape (2021), they built a loyal following by mixing slam death metal with hardcore grit and the attitude of classic gangsta rap. The result is a sound that's heavy, groovy and surprisingly catchy, and it has won over metal and hardcore fans alike.

Their debut album, The G Code (2024), was released on Unique Leader Records to glowing reviews. It features guest spots from scene heavyweights including Despised Icon's Alex Erian and Steve Marois, alongside hip-hop interludes that give it the feel of a proper mixtape. Since then, they've followed it up with the PF Radio 2 EP (2025). The band have also shared stages with Whitechapel and Revocation. They brought their notoriously rowdy live show to the UK on a European tour with All Shall Perish and Vulvodynia, which included packed nights in London and Leeds. If you like your breakdowns slow, your slams heavy and your moshpits wild, Peeling Flesh are essential.
