Singing in Kurdish, she creates deeply emotive songs shaped by themes of identity, displacement and cultural memory, pairing ancient musical motifs with modern production. Her sound is both intimate and expansive, rooted in heritage while reaching confidently into new sonic territory.
Through a growing catalogue of releases, Ninush has established herself as a distinctive voice within the alternative and global music space, earning attention for her powerful vocal delivery and evocative arrangements. Her live performances are immersive and emotionally charged, often transforming songs into shared moments of reflection and connection. By honouring tradition while reshaping it for the present, Ninush continues to carve out a unique artistic path that resonates across cultures and borders.
