Who said festival season is over? Mutations Festival 2025 is back for its seventh year, bringing the streets of Brighton to life with its eclectic blend of fan-favourites and up-and-coming stars at the city's beloved Grassroots Venues.
Joining the bill are post-punkers Dry Cleaning, feminist punk duo Lambrini Girls, gritty and poetic post-punks Big Special, high-octane psychedelic noise-punks Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs, hotly-tipped indie art-rockers Mary In The Junkyard, and many, many more.

Scottish alt-rockers bring the mosh to a city near you
Scottish alt-rockers VUKOVI are bringing the mosh in January and February - what better way to tackle those winter blues?
The duo, consisting of Janine Shilstone and Hamish Reilly, are celebrated for their genre-bending hard-hitters of crunching punk riffs with infectious pop hooks. Off the back of their 2020 release, Fall Better, which leapt to No. 1 on the UK Rock & Metal Albums chart, they have further evolved their sound with their most recent alt-metal powerhouse, My God Has Got a Gun.

Brighton indie darlings Porridge Radio are saying farewell this December, closing off the year in style with some final huge shows.
Fronted by the charismatic Dana Margolin, the group champions a delightful mix of lo-fi indie-rock with heavy post-punk influences, creating ambient and emotional soundscapes. Their career has been defined by the critically acclaimed Every Bad (2020) and countless festival appearances across the UK, and now they bow out with a very special farewell at London’s Islington Assembly Hall.
This is the last time to catch the band before they say goodbye - so act fast!
