About Porridge Radio

Porridge Radio is a British indie rock band from Brighton, fronted by the expressive and charismatic Dana Margolin. Formed in 2015, the band quickly built a reputation for their emotionally raw lyrics and intense live performances. Their sound blends lo-fi indie rock with post-punk influences, creating an atmosphere that swings between vulnerability and catharsis.


Their breakthrough came with the critically acclaimed album Every Bad (2020), featuring standout tracks like "Sweet" and "Lilac." The album showcased Margolin’s ability to convey raw emotion through her vocal delivery, paired with the band’s dynamic instrumentation.
