Mattiel

Mattiel is the Atlanta-born, Italy-based musical project of singer-songwriter Mattiel Brown. Since emerging with her self-titled debut album in 2017, Mattiel has earned international recognition for her distinctive vocals, vintage soul influences and sharp, dynamic songwriting. Across past records Satis Factory and Georgia Gothic, Brown’s sound evolved while maintaining a bold, unmistakable identity that bridges classic influences with a modern indie-rock sensibility. Her new song "Heartbreak Heatwave" takes a more intimate approach, trading the tougher beats and riffs of past releases for delicate arrangements and close, confessional vocals that draw the listener in.
