About MATT EMBREE & VINNIE CARUANA

Matt Embree has never been one to stay in one lane. Best known as the frontman of California's RX Bandits, he also plays guitar in The Sound of Animals Fighting, where he goes by "The Walrus", and has toured with Dispatch since 2016. Across side projects including Love You Moon, Biceratops and Seekret Socyetee, he's blended alternative rock with prog, psychedelia and hip-hop, and his solo album Orion (2025) carries that restless, trippy spirit forward.

Vinnie Caruana has been a much-loved voice in punk and emo since the late 1990s. He first fronted Long Island's The Movielife and later founded Brooklyn's I Am The Avalanche, whose fifth album The Horror Show (2026) is an emotionally charged highlight. He has also sung with Peace'd Out and the hardcore band Constant Elevation. Going solo has shown a more personal side to his songwriting, from the largely acoustic EP City By The Sea (2013) to the album Survivor's Guilt (2016), which features RX Bandits' Steve Choi, and the EP Aging Frontman (2019). He's brought his solo set to UK stages before, and with a long history of sharing the road with RX Bandits, he and Embree make a natural pairing.
