About K-Trap

K-Trap has come a long way since emerging from South London’s drill scene. Initially shrouded in mystery behind his trademark mask, he quickly established himself as one of the UK’s most distinctive voices, channeling the realities of his surroundings into raw, authentic music.

His rise has been marked by multiple MOBO Award wins, a BRIT Award nomination, a Platinum-certified single with ‘Warm’ and two UK Top 10 projects. He has performed to more than 20,000 people at London’s O2 and was brought out by Drake at Wireless Festival 2025, cementing his evolution from underground favourite to UK rap heavyweight.

Now 30 and fully independent, K-Trap is entering a new chapter with TRAPO 2, the follow-up to his celebrated 2021 mixtape. The project sees him push beyond his drill roots, embracing influences from hip-hop, Afrobeats and dancehall while staying true to his signature sound.

With collaborations including G Herbo, Oxlade, Masicka and Young Adz, TRAPO 2 reflects an artist focused on growth, ambition and global reach. For K-Trap, this is a new era built on doing things his own way: staying authentic, embracing change and refusing to be boxed in.
