Worshipping the Mouse at the Gate
Wot a grt night, amazing venue, grt accustics, , loving crowd to see the homecoming of John &band. Support from plastic estate moody synth& slashy guitar- excellent, these young guys are good, good stage presence .
Then the main man, on the back of a grt album & strong uk tour, John gave us another strong vibrant show, all the classics, different versions of others, full band brings depth and total sound to the tunes. This become anthems to the loving crowd as we all singalong to “ The Hot Car “ and so many more. The setting in the Gate was excellent a place to celebrate the fun, creativity and darkness of many of the tracks, but every one left with different earworms of tracks to hum & smile to on the walk home on cold windy Cardiff night.A great show- full stop 👍🍺🐭

Great gig
Great gig at an excellent venue. Smashed out the classics solo for the first half then came out with a class band for the second half. Top form, top gig.
