Deco are a vibrant indie-pop quintet from London, made up of lifelong friends and siblings. With a perfect blend of contemporary songwriting and nostalgic 80s synth-pop influences, they’ve become one of the UK’s most intriguing viral breakout acts in recent years. Their early singles like “Chances” earned them a ‘Best Live Act’ nomination at the AIM Awards 2020, and they soon sold out their 2019 UK tour, supporting acts such as Jess Glynne.
Their breakthrough came via a viral mashup of “Wonderwall” and “Smalltown Boy”, which amassed millions of views and led to appearances on BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend and national TV. In 2022 they supported Nile Rodgers & CHIC and Sophie Ellis-Bextor on tour, then followed up in 2023 with their debut album Destination: I Don’t Know, which charted in the Official UK Album Sales Top 10.
Live, Deco light up summer festivals like Together Again, Rock N Roll Circus and Come Together and have booked shows at venues such as London’s Electric Ballroom, Manchester Academy and Nottingham’s Rock City. With their joyful energy, thoughtful songwriting and grounded authenticity, Deco continue to make feel-good pop that resonates far beyond the stage.
