Carnifex are a deathcore band from San Diego County, California. Formed in 2005, the band consists of members Scott Ian Lewis (lead vocals), Shawn Cameron (drums), Cory Arford (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Fred Calderon (bass) and Neal Tiemann (lead guitar).
They have released nine studio albums, including Dead in My Arms (2007), The Diseased and the Poisoned (2008), Hell Chose Me (2010), Until I Feel Nothing (2011), Die Without Hope (2014), Slow Death (2016), World War X (2019), Graveside Confessions (2021) and Necromanteum (2023).
