A Manchester-based interdisciplinary duo reshaping electronic pop with archival textures, club-sonics and heavy pop ambition.
Operating at the cross-roads of post-club electronics, UKG influences and visual art, Another Country $$$$ craft their sound from “heavy pop · breaks · UKG · archival post-dance collages”. Their EP Body Farm (2024) and live shows emphasise remix, reinterpretation and sonic fragmentation—showing a band that thrives in the liminal spaces between nostalgia and futurism
Their live performances have become a destination for fans of immersive club-sonics and experimental rhythms. Drawing on UK-garage, dubstep, breaks and what they describe as “archival post-dance collages”, Another Country $$$$ deliver thunderous beats and echoing atmospheres that feel both nostalgic and forward-looking. With headline shows around Manchester’s N/OM and The Peer Hat venues, they’re quickly carving out a reputation for intense, shape-shifting performances and a sonic identity that defies simple classification.
