Folk legend Al Stewart takes to the stage once again to thrill audiences and show the world just how it is done. Stewart made his name as part of the folk revival in the 60/70’s with his wonderful songs that tell the stories of people from the past.

Best known to the public for his fantastic hit single Year Of The Cat, the song was recorded at the infamous Abbey Road studio and was taken from the Platinum selling album of the same name. He also enjoyed further commercial success with Platinum certified follow up album Time Passages.

An important part of the musical landscape, Stewart performed at the original Glastonbury Festival in 1970, had shared a flat with Paul Simon in his younger days and was introduced to Yoko Ono before John Lennon had even heard of her.

Be sure to get your concert tickets for his excellent upcoming tour. His headline performances take him to the best venues near you. See him play in April of 2017 in Birmingham in New Alexandra Theatre before G Live at Guildford and London Palladium in May.

The Glaswegian musician bought his first guitar from Andy Summers (who would later become part of power trio The Police) and quickly realised his passion laid with acoustic rather than feel and sound of electric guitar.

After releasing his debut single The Elf, Stewart was spotted and signed to Columbia Records and developed his style over the course of his excellent early records which include Bedsitter Images, Orange and Past, Present And Future. Recognising his potential, he was snatched by RCA to release his two most popular records; Year Of The Cat and Time Passages. He continues to write and release new material to the delight of fans the world over.

Al Stewart tickets will go on sale at 10:00 on Friday 30th of September and we expect them to sell very quickly. You can set your very own personal reminder to arrive via text message or email so you are ready for their launch.
