Norwegian pop newcomer 8lanco pairs sharp, heartfelt songwriting with high-energy live shows and a fast-growing international following.
8lanco is an independent Norwegian pop artist making a name for himself with honest lyrics, big hooks and a live sound shaped by guitar, piano and full-band energy. After studying at Stargate’s LAAMP music school in Los Angeles, he began building momentum on his own terms, with tracks including “Hell of It” and “Actress” helping introduce his bold, emotional style.
His breakout project Hills’n Back brings together modern pop instincts with influences from classic songwriters of the 60s and 70s. “Hell of It” was named Song of the Year by Puls Magasinet, while “Actress” received a 5/6 review from Dagsavisen. 8lanco has also performed at Norwegian events including Vill Vill Vest and Landstreff Stavanger, earning attention for immersive, high-energy shows that turn his songs into something bigger on stage.
