Artist Bio

Following a successful debut headline tour and a string of support slots for Wolf Alice, Swim Deep, Sunflower Bean, Spector and more, Dorking quartet Vinyl Staircase have emerged from their home studio after weeks of seclusion, crafting an EP set for release early 2020. Excitement around their self-titled EP signalled an promising start to their career, hot takes of acclaim have since come from NME, DIY, The Line of Best, Clash and Paste Magazine, with radio spins from indie doyens Steve Lamacq (BBC 6 Music), John Kennedy (Radio X) and Phil Taggart (BBC Radio 1). In new single ‘I Don’t Love Anyone’, the band give us the first taste of what’s to come from the upcoming EP. A massive step up in production and style, this nostalgic exploration of a romance gone awry pushes the bands sound into as yet unachieved intricacy.
Vinyl Staircase are not ones to miss, and the hype suggests, they are one of the biggest up and coming talents around.

Vinyl Staircase have just released their new track German Wings which was premiered on Phil Taggart’s BBC Radio 1 show and featured in NME.
