Legendary Jazz Funk R&B Tom Browne flies in from the USA to perform with The Brit Funk Association for the 'Funkin' For Jamaica' 2027 Tour.

Tom Browne came to fame in 1979 with the 'Browne Sugar' album on GRP Records. The following year he has a worldwide hit with 'Funkin' For Jamaica' which is still a dance floor staple for DJ's everywhere. Further classics 'Thighs High (Grip Your Hips and Move)', 'Fungi Mama', 'Let's Dance', 'Bye Gones' and more followed. Tom Browne has released over 20 solo projects with his latest single 'Impulse' out now.
Tom Browne has worked with Bob James, Dave Gruisin, Roy Ayers, Joe Sample, Melba Moore, Lonnie Smith, Marcus Miller, Patti Austin, Bernard Wright, Weldon Irvine, Sonny Fortune, Lesette Wilson and a host of others.
The Brit-Funk Association are an all-star Brit Funk Supergroup featuring former members of Beggar & Co, Hi-Tension, Light of the World, & Incognito.
With a core of Kenny Wellington, Breeze McKrieth, Paul McLean and Patrick McLean, The Brit Funk Association perform from each of the band's extensive back catalogue tracks such as 'Time', 'Im So Happy', 'London Town' and 'I Shot The Sheriff' by Light of the World, 'Somebody (Help Me Out)' and 'Mule Chant #2' by Beggar & Co, 'Hi-Tension' and 'British Hustle', by Hi Tension.
