The Pill are a high-energy punk duo from the Isle of Wight whose sharp wit and unfiltered attitude have swiftly caught the UK’s attention. Formed in 2019 by Lottie Massey (vocals, bass) and Lily Hutchings (guitar, vocals), the pair started out almost as a prank — creating a fake band online — before their raw sound and ironic humour took on a life of its own.
Known for blistering guitar riffs, biting lyrics and a live show that feels part riot, part catharsis, The Pill released their debut EP THE EP (2025) under AWAL, featuring tracks like “POSH”, “Scaffolding Man” and “Money Mullet”. With radio support from Radio X and BBC 6 Music, and performances at festivals across the UK and Europe, they’re rapidly becoming one of the most electrifying new punk acts in the country.
