About The Browning

The Browning are an American metalcore band known for their fusion of electronic music, industrial elements, and heavy breakdowns. Formed in 2005 in Kansas City, Missouri, the band was founded by vocalist Jonny McBee, who remains the driving force behind their sound. Their music blends synth-driven beats with crushing guitar riffs and aggressive vocals, setting them apart in the electronicore and deathcore scenes.

The band gained attention with their debut album, Burn This World (2011), followed by Hypernova (2013) and Isolation (2016), solidifying their signature mix of EDM-inspired breakdowns and dark, futuristic themes. Their 2019 album Geist pushed their sound further, incorporating cinematic and trance-like elements. Known for their intense live performances, The Browning have toured extensively across the UK and Europe, supporting acts like Chelsea Grin, Attila, and Born of Osiris, as well as performing at major metal festivals.
