Switchfoot, The Nick Rayns LCR, Norwich - 2nd November 2017

That band..! The venue was far from full but they totally went for it and gave us a really rocked out show, Jon spent a lot of time right in the crowd, and what an incredible voice! He wasn't holding back at all!

John Foreman makes you feel like you're family. His energy and enthusiasm is contagious and inspiring. The rest of the band follows his lead. Together they make you feel like their music is your music. Like they would perform that way even if you were the only person there.

Loved the music, the stage presence, the support band the alvarez kings. There could have been of a Christian emphasis on the between song talk.

Alternative rock band Switchfoot have sold over 5.7 million copies worldwide of their first nine studio albums and always put on an amazing live performance.

First starting off as a punk pop band, they have developed stylistically and now their music tends to be far bigger and anthemic in scope.

Their band members include drummer Chad Butler, Jerome Fontamillas on keys, guitarists Drew Shirely and Jon Foreman who takes on lead vocals with Tim Foreman on bass.

With the release of a new album Native Tongue later in the year, they See them play Electric Ballroom in London on Monday 8th of July 2019.

Lyrically, NATIVE TONGUE doesn’t dwell on the world’s fraught social and political situations, rather, it’s an answer that offers an antidote to them. SWITCHFOOT observe that “we’re living in a time where it feels like hatred, fear, war, pain, anger is the native tongue of our species, that these dark words are our language. For me,” says Jon, “Holding my infant son in the middle of the night reminds me of how helpless we all start off. All of us, everywhere, were comforted, held, given a bottle; we were not hated
