Stone Broken, O2 Institute2 Birmingham, Birmingham - 19th May 2018

Excellent, in every way. Great support acts leading up to high energy, over due return home for top notch band. Really good size venue with great atmosphere, but usual rip off beer prices. Stone broken, masters of their art, loud& proud.

Formed in late 2013 from the fragments of 2 local bands, Rich, Kieron, Chris & Robyn, have formed a dynamic outfit that delivers a BIG chunky rock sound with huge choruses.

They self-released their debut EP - The Crow Flies - in 2014, with the video for Let Me Go achieving cult status in the UK with over 20,000 plays.

They later announced that their debut album, All In Time, was to be released worldwide on Friday 29th January 2016.

All In Time features 10 tracks in total; 5 from the original The Crow Flies EP, and 5 brand new songs, all produced and fully remastered by Romesh Dodangoda (Motorhead, Bring Me The Horizon, Bullet For My Valentine).

Stone Broken released Stay All Night as the first official single from All In Time on Friday 27th November 2016. It was accompanied by a video produced by Video Ink and has already achieved over 30,000 plays across YouTube and Facebook. The single received wide acclaim, including single of the week on Kerrang! Radio and was daytime playlisted across many radio stations, including Planet Rock.

Frontman, Rich Moss said: “We originally went back to Romesh at Longwave Studios to record a second EP but upon hearing the results of both sessions together, they just cried out to be collated as a single album. So we asked Romesh to work his magic and he remastered all 10 tracks together to make them sonically tight. In all honesty it’s turned out fantastically well and we can’t wait to share it with everyone.”

The follow-up single, Not Your Enemy, went one better and was included in the ‘A Playlist’ on Planet Rock and the ‘B Playlist’ on Kerrang! Radio, as well as a whole host of regional and internet based stations.

To top it all, Stone Broken were recently voted as runners-up in the ‘Best New Band’ category of the annual Planet Rock Awards 2016, a phenomenal feat!
