State Champs are amongst the world’s leading pop punk bands with two huge albums. The band currently includes drummer Evan Ambrosio, lead guitarist Tyler Szalkowski, rhythm guitarist Tony ‘Rival’ Diaz, Derek DiScanio providing lead vocals and Ryan Scott Graham on bass.

You can see them play at Norwich UEA on Monday 29th of October 2018.

We are incredible excited to be able to offer you State Champs tickets, but we must also make you aware that the demand is sky high so you will have to book yours before they are all snatched up. Fortunately, placing an order for your favourite gig tickets is made easy with Gigantic as you can access our site from the comfort of your home or whilst busy and on the go using a computer, smartphone or tablet.

The Albany (New York) based band began back in 2010 and was initially formed by Szalkowski and DiScanio who were quick to release their self-titled debut EP in August of the same year, soon followed by the second EP Apparently I’m Nothing in January of 2011 which included new tracks plus the songs from their first release.

The band continued to demo whilst gigging, signing to Pure Noise after the Californian label heard their recording of the song Critical. They released the Ep Overslept through the label and began to tour heavily.

They released their debut album The Finer Things in Autumn of 2013. The record shot to #2 in the Heatseekers Albums chart and came to be listed by Rock Sound in their collection of The 51 Most Essential Pop Punk Albums Of All Time.

Their follow up album would come in 2015 and was titled Around The World And Back. The band enjoyed greater commercial success with the album hitting #30 on the Billboard 200. Around The World And Back was nominated for Album Of The Year whilst the contained track Secrets was also nominated for Song Of The Year at the Alternative Press Music Awards.
