South Wales Country Music Festival returns for its 4 year and back at the corn exchange after the success of last years event,
This year we welcome another great line up
Featuring.
TWINNIE-
Twinnie made a huge splash on the crossover sphere in 2020 with her debut major label album ‘Hollywood Gypsy’, a record that won critical acclaim from the likes of Telegraph, American Songwriter, and NME. She followed that with the eclectic ‘Welcome To The Club’ in 2022 following a sold-out tour in the UK and appearances at Wembley Stadium and Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium. The record further impressed critics with the accompanying short film project winning Best Short Film at The British Short Film Awards.
Following that success, Twinnie decided to creatively start a new era as an independent artist in 2023 releasing multiple singles leading to the release of ‘Blue Hour (After Dark)’ which featured lead singles ‘Lonely Long’, and ‘Bad Man’.
‘Bad Man’ was playlisted on SiriusXM in the US across 55 stations which led to her charting on Country Radio, while ‘Lonely Long’ led her to the iconic Opry stage in Nashville, making her groundbreaking debut in Nov 2023
EMILIA QUINN-
is a dynamic UK-based musician and singer-songwriter known for her raw, soulful voice and genre-blending sound that fuses Americana, Country, and Rock influences. With a background in classical training and a passion for storytelling, Emilia creates emotionally charged music that resonates deeply with her listeners. Her powerful vocals and honest lyricism explore themes of love, resilience, and self-discovery, earning her recognition in both the British and international music scenes.
WOOD BURNT RED -
Known for their signature blend of catchy riffs, heartfelt lyrics, and high-energy performances, Wood Burnt Red continues to captivate audiences both old and new. Their evolving sound promises to resonate deeply with fans of southern country rock, earning them a reputation as one of the UK’s most exciting up-and-coming acts.
As praised by Planet Rock’s Elles Bailey—who dubbed them “The UK’s answer to Brothers Osborne”—Wood Burnt Red is steadily carving out a distinctive place for themselves in the southern rock scene, leaving an indelible mark with every note they play.
ROYAL SOUTH-
individual artists in their own right, SaraBeth and Glen Mitchell have come together to form the harmony powerhouse Royal South. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, the Texas and London natives have attracted the attention of renowned producer, Paul Worley, who produced the Dixie Chicks, Lady Antebellum, The Band Perry, and Martina McBride to name a few.
WILLOW HILL-
Recently named Rolling Stone’s “Band to Watch”, Willow Hill, has cemented themselves as one of Nashville’s most unique sensations.
Led by powerhouse husband and wife duo, Alexandra and CT Fields, Willow Hill delivers a fresh and modern twist on the classic country sound (“a fusion of Lady Gaga’s eclectic style and Kenny Chesney’s laid-back charm” – All Country News). This distinct sound has helped develop a groundswell global fanbase, and up to 200 dates touring per year in over 20 different countries, from the US to UK, Netherlands, Scandanavia, South America, Virgin Islands, and more.
TWO WAYS HOME-
Two Ways Home are the songwriters: Isabella and Lewis Folkner, hailing from Austria and the UK respectively, fusing catchy melodies, rich harmonies, and rocky guitars to create a sound that is a refreshing blend of country, folk, and rock. For fans of Fleetwood Mac, the Lumineers, and popular TV show "Daisy Jones & The Six," Two Ways Home are on an exhilarating musical evolution.
