Are accessible tickets available?
Accessible tickets are available to eligible customers. Each accessible ticket includes a companion ticket free of charge.
What is the ticket purchase limit?
- Each person can purchase up to 6 tickets, including a maximum of 4 pre-sale tickets.
- Please follow the ticket purchase restrictions. Exceeding the limit may result in order or ticket cancellation without notice, including orders under the same name, email, billing address, credit card, or other identifying details.
When can I enter?
- Entrance times may vary for VVIP, VIP, and KONNE ticket holders. Please check your designated entry time carefully.
- Re-entry will not be allowed once you have exited the venue, regardless of the reason.
- Detailed customer information will be sent to the ticket buyer’s email within two weeks of the show date.
- Depending on the on-site situation, entry cut-off times and event start times may be delayed.
What is the seating arrangement like?
- All seats are assigned, and changing or leaving your seat is strictly prohibited.
- Floor seats are arranged on a flat surface with no elevation, while other sections feature tiered seating.
- The seating plan is for reference only and may differ from the actual layout. The stage setup may change without prior notice due to production requirements.
- Some seats may have restricted views due to technical equipment, stage design, artist positioning, console structures, safety installations, or railings.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be available for restricted views.
Can I refund or exchange my ticket?
- Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, except for change of mind. Please refer to the terms and conditions for details.
- Refunds or exchanges due to restricted views will not be available.
Are there restrictions on ticket resale?
- Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the promoters. This ticket must be surrendered to the promoters upon request.
- Your ticket/s are sold by the promoters directly to the consumer. Any tickets purchased by business or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale will be cancelled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer.
- Your ticket/s will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE unless the sale is through the Artist’s official re-sale channels as advertised, or ticket agent fan to fan exchange (where applicable). Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.
Is there official merchandise?
The official merchandise outlets will be available around the stadium on the day of the event.
Can I bring banners?
- Unauthorised distribution of promotional, commercial, political, or religious materials is strictly prohibited.
- Banners up to A2 in size, made of flexible materials like cardboard or paper (excluding wood/MDF), and without flag poles are permitted, including those with battery-powered fairy lights, but must not obstruct others' enjoyment, with final approval by the event stewards.
Can I bring my bag? What items are prohibited or restricted?
- Please avoid bringing bags to the stadium whenever possible. If necessary, bags should not exceed A4 size. Larger bags may be restricted, except for accessibility needs or small children, and entry may be denied without refund or compensation. Any items over the A4 size must be deposited at the Bag Drop facility at Webb Ellis House on Rugby Road. There is a £10 fee for this service.
- Prohibited or restricted items include sharp objects, animals (except assistance dogs), lasers, food, drinks, umbrellas, aerosols, weapons, bottles, cans, chairs, blankets, knives, pepper spray, illegal substances, tripods, selfie sticks, monopods, professional cameras with detachable lenses, video or audio recording equipment, flammable substances, hazardous materials, and flags on poles over 1.5 meters, along with any items deemed a potential weapon or nuisance by the event organiser.
- The use of lighters, fireworks, flares or any explosive materials is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
- Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to pass through the security checks in place.
Can I do video or sound recording ?
- No professional cameras or recording equipment will be allowed into the stadium.
- No person is allowed to operate a drone or similar machine at, or above, the Ground without the prior written consent of the RFU.
- The use of photographic equipment, mobile telephones, computers, tablets or other electronic devices, communication devices, audio-visual equipment or radios must not inconvenience any other person in the Ground or be used to capture, supply or transmit data for the purposes of betting or gambling (or assisting for these purposes)
Will the event be recorded?
The event will be filmed and live-streamed, and audience members may appear in the footage. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being recorded as part of the event.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Bringing food and beverages (including bottled water) into the Stadium is not allowed. Tap water is available free of charge from all bars.
What are the age restrictions for the event?
- Attendees under 15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
- A valid ID is required for entry. Without an ID, entry will not be allowed.
Customer welfare
- Teams of stewards and trained, licensed security personnel are provided to ensure your safety and comfort. They are clearly identifiable in uniform and are positioned throughout the event site and surrounding areas of the Stadium. Assistance can be requested from them at any time during the event.
- First Aid is operated by trained and experienced personnel within the stadium on all levels. All visits are recorded and documented. If assistance is needed, speak to a steward.
Is smoking / e-cigarettes / vaping allowed?
The smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaporisers is not permitted anywhere within the Stadium.
Will parking be available at the venue?

Is there CCTV surveillance at the event?
CCTV cameras are in use around and in the Ground and the RFU may itself use, or pass to the police, relevant authority, or any Event organiser, recordings for legitimate and/or lawful purposes.
