Portland indie rockers Quasi duo are Sam Coomes (vocals, guitar, bass) and Janet Weiss (vocals and drums).
They have released ten studio albums, starting with an eponymously titled self-released debut cassette, plus R&B Transmogrification (1997), Featuring "Birds" (1998), Field Studies (1999), The Sword of God (2001), Hot Shit! (2003), When the Going Gets Dark (2006), American Gong (2010), Mole City (2013) and Breaking the Balls of History (2023).
