Pier Presents: Winter at the Cross

Grab your last minute Christmas shopping and get in full festive spirit with the return of Winter at the Cross. A collaboration between Pier Journal and St Peter's Poole, this event is now an annual fixture following the success of the debut market last December which over 700 of you joined us for!

Explore the best quality artist and maker stalls for thoughtful and unique Christmas gifts for others (or yourself!). There’ll be live music, craft activities, mouthwatering local food vendors and carol singing (of course!). The Confessional fully stocked bar will be serving a range of local beers, ciders, alcohol free and soft drinks as well as some obligatory mulled wine. And Mr and Mrs Claus have even found time in their busy diary to make a special appearance.

Each ticket holder will receive a copy of the latest edition of Pier Journal and a festive pub trail, where you can follow the Pier Elves’ tipsy footsteps to some of their favourite local watering holes. Mingle, discover, and get lost in a generous sprinkling of yuletide magic.

Finally, to share the generous Christmas spirit, proceeds are supporting pastoral care in Parkstone, which includes residential home visits to the lonely, isolated and housebound.
