Watch as Annie Seabourne, of My Fish Kitchen, breaks down a whole fish step-by-step, sharing tips on technique, knife skills and sourcing the best catch. The session finishes with a demonstration on turning beautifully fresh fish into vibrant, flavour-packed ceviche for each participant to take away.

Our masterclasses take place in a space at the top of a long flight of stairs with no lift access, so unfortunately, may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with impaired mobility.
