How do I buy tickets for outdoor concerts?

To buy tickets for any show on Gigantic.com, simply select the event you wish to attend and follow the instructions to choose your tickets and complete your purchase.

Are tickets available on the door?

For some events, tickets may be available on the day, but this is not guaranteed. Many events sell out in advance, and some organisers do not offer tickets at the door. To avoid disappointment, it’s always best to buy tickets in advance. Please check the individual event page for specific information.

Are tickets refundable if the event is cancelled or postponed?

Yes. If an event is cancelled, you will usually be entitled to a refund. If an event is postponed, you will normally have the option to transfer your tickets to the new date or request a refund if you can no longer attend. Please note that refunds are issued for the ticket’s face value only; booking fees are non-refundable.

Do I need to print my ticket or can I use a mobile ticket?
