Obeyer is a UK-based metal band that fuses rhythmic riffs, propulsive breakdowns, and atmospheric effects to create a distinctive sound within the metalcore scene. Formed from the ashes of Midlands underground favourites Lay Siege, the band’s music combines intense heaviness with melodic nuances, offering something fresh while staying rooted in their metal influences. Their debut album Chemical Well (2024) showcases their unique blend of crushing riffs, powerful vocals, and dynamic atmospheres, quickly establishing Obeyer as an exciting new force in the UK metal scene.
Obeyer made their live debut on 30th November 2024 at The Craufurd Arms in Milton Keynes, UK, alongside Polar and Swarmed UK. Since then, they have continued to build momentum, performing at notable venues across the UK. With their electrifying live performances and an ever-growing fanbase, Obeyer is set to leave a lasting mark on the heavy music scene.
