Nottingham Carnival event terms and conditions.
Essential information for all ticket holders. Please read carefully.
· E-tickets purchased in advance have been issued to you for the event by Gigantic, our ticketing partner, on behalf of Nottingham Carnival (the Promoter). You will need to download tickets to your smart device prior to entry.
· On the door tickets will be issued to you for the event by Nottingham Carnival (the Promoter).
· Your ticketed entry to the event constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
· This ticket is not transferable. If you attempt to re-sell it near the event or on any secondary ticketing or auction website or use it as a part of any un-authorised promotional activity, tickets will become invalid.
· The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry and will do so if you are under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance, or for any other reason at our discretion.
· Venue pass-outs are not permitted except between 13:00-16:00 for the Carnival parade. You will be issued a wristband for re-entry to the Carnival Village.
· Children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged at least 18 years old. Nottingham Carnival reserves the right to remove any child who in the opinion of Nottingham Carnival appears to be under 16 years of age and is unaccompanied.
· Children aged 11 and below do not need to purchase a ticket and can enter for free with a paying adult.
· The Promoter may search all persons entering the site and any bags. Please note there are no cloakroom or bag check facilities on-site.
· No food or drink items may be brought into the event except for one 500ml plastic bottle of water per person for personal consumption (no glass). Food and beverage will be on sale at the event.
· Various items at the discretion of the Promoter will not be permitted.
· Animals, except for assistance dogs, are not permitted. Facilities are provided for disabled and people with mobility issues. If you have any special access needs, please let us know.
· This is an outdoor event, with limited cover in case of heavy rain. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
· All ticket holders consent to being filmed, photographed or recorded by or on behalf of Nottingham Carnival or its agents.
· This ticket is issued Subject to Licence and to the terms of our Premises Licence.
· Admission to the event is at your own risk and the Promoter has no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, death or injury to you or your property which is not caused by its negligence.
