Glasgow-based sound system and production unit Mungos Hifi are taking reggae and dancehall into the 21st century. The group was founded in 2000 by Tom Tattersall and Doug Paine, joined later by Craig Macleod and Jerome Joly.
They have released ten albums which has seen them work with a plethora of great talent, including Mike "Prince Fatty" Pelanconi, Max Romeo, Charlie P and Daddy Freddy. Their first title Mungo's Hifi Meets Brother Culture – Mungo's Hifi Meets Brother Culture dropped in 2002, with their latest offering Past and Present coming out in 2023.
