Immense Canadian rock band Monster Truck enjoy a huge following, drawn to their unique brand of southern blues rock. The band emerged with their debut album release Furiosity which shot them into international acclaim.

The band members include drummer Steve Kiely, guitarist Jeremy Widerman, Brandon Bliss on keys and lead singer Jon Harvey who plays the bass.

Following the release of their second studio album Sittin’ Heavy early in the year, they have announced a UK tour to promote the new material. Touring in March of 2017, they will headline at The Marble Factory in Bristol, O2 Institute2 Birmingham, Manchester Club Academy, cool Nottingham club The Bodega Social and Electric Ballroom in London.

The band first began making waves with the release of The Brown EP in 2011. It contained the single Seven Seas Blues which broke the Canadian rock chart Top 10. This lead to the band winning the 2013 Juno Award for Breakthrough Group Of The Year. They began playing international dates and were added to the line-up of globally acclaimed rock festival Download which coincided with the release of their first album; Furiosity.

They joined Alice In Chains as the support band in 2015 before returning to the studio to record new album Sittin’ Heavy. The release was promoted the single Don’t Tell Me How To Live. It also includes the track Righteous Smoke which will feature on the upcoming videogame NHL 17 by EA Sports.
