Mondaze are an Italian shoegaze band formed in Faenza in 2016. They debuted with the self-produced demo Healing Dreams in 2018, followed by their first full-length album, Late Bloom, in 2021. Their music blends fuzz-heavy shoegaze with grunge immediacy, downtempo melancholy, and a raw hardcore edge, creating an immersive and emotionally charged sound.
In 2024, Mondaze released their sophomore album, Linger, on November 22 via Bronson Recordings. The album explores themes of alienation and modern disconnection, showcasing a matured sound that balances ethereal melodies with intense walls of noise. The band has been praised for their dynamic live performances and their ability to evolve their sound while maintaining their distinctive style.
