Lambchop, Islington Assembly Hall, London - 20th August 2017

Lambchop's country folk vibe gets a new look with electro beats, synthesiser and looping. Get to watch and hear.

Alt country champions Lambchop are credited by AllMusic as being "arguably the most consistently brilliant and unique American group to emerge during the 1990s".

Although centred around a country feel, their sound has expanded to embrace such wide range of genres such as post rock, soul and even lounge music.

Touring in August 2017, you can catch them at Newcastle Riverside, Gorilla at Manchester, The Assembly at Leamington Spa, Nottingham Rescue Rooms, Norwich Waterfront, Exeter Phoenix, Bristol Trinity and Islington Assembly Hall in London.

Everyone is after Lambchop tickets so you need to at fast and book yours before they are all snatched up. You can place your order with Gigantic using your tablet, computer or smartphone. Prior to being Lambchop the country outfit was known as Posterchild and while the band are renowned for their 2000 album 'Nixon' the group first hit the scene in 1994 with their debut studio album 'I Hope You're Sitting Down/Jack's Tulips'. The band then proceeded to release ten further albums, the latest release being 2012's 'Mr. M'. Lambchop's musical output over the years has been staggering with countless tour albums, compilation albums and EPs being put out by the band alongside their impressive back catalogue of albums.

Over the years Lambchop has had a consistently revolving line-up with the only staple being frontman and songwriter Kurt Wagner. The band is also known for working with Vic Chesnutt on his 1998 album 'The Salesman and Bernadette' as well as collaborating with Clockhammer, My Dead Is Dead and Silver Jews.

Given their huge appeal, we do not expect Lambchop concert tickets to be around for long so you will need to book before they all go. Gigantic has proudly been providing excellent customer service for ten years so you know we are the right place to get your essential gig tickets whenever you are booking your big night out.
