In every instance the Event Organiser's terms and conditions prevail.
All tickets include access to posh loos!
All children aged 3-12 require a ticket.
Teen & child tickets must be bought in conjunction with adult ticket (18+).
Infants aged 0-2 do not require a ticket.
Camper Vans will be accommodated in a designated section of the car park field, adjacent to the main arena. No access to power or water provided.
As the entire the field is transformed into an event arena, traditional camping is not available on-site.
Disabled parking: No parking ticket required. A valid blue badge doubles up as your parking pass.
Shuttle bus available to & from Ryde Bus Station - pay on board.
The event is unseated, therefore you are welcome to bring fold-up chairs and blankets!
There will be a bar courtesy of Island Ales and hot food selection courtesy freshly prepared by local traders, plus hot and cold beverages.
Only alcohol purchased from the licensed bar may be consumed on-site, this is a condition of our licence. Security has the right to confiscate any alcohol brought into the licensed event via any other means.
You will not be able to bring any alcoholic drinks or picnics into the event. Water in 500ml sized sealed plastic bottles and bottles/cartons of still squash are allowed (there is a drinking water tap on site where you can refill your bottles for free). Cool boxes and large bags of food, carbonates (fizzy drinks) or hot drinks are not permitted. This is out of courtesy to our local Island traders, without whom we would not be able to stage the event.
With the exception of assistance dogs, no animals are allowed on site.
To ensure everyone’s safety, the Event Promoter reserves the right to conduct security searches and ask to look in your bag prior to entry into the Event and to confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of the security agent acting on behalf of the Promoter, may contravene the event terms or cause danger or disruption to other members of the audience. Please do not be offended.
Performances will take place in all weathers so long as deemed safe to do so.
All tickets are non-transferable.
