Harvest - A Celebration of Neil Young, The Robin, Wolverhampton - 27th September 2026
More than a tribute, a skilful interpretation.
Wonderful musicianship and empathy with the artist and lyrical themes was what I took away from this excellent concert.
Not mimicking Neil but seeking to understand the essence of his songs was to the fore. Stage presence was great and lead vocals shared to some degree which worked well. Multi instrumentalist, Becca, was just fantastic. Flute, keyboards, steel guitar, acoustic guitar, and superb backing vocals added so much depth and interest to the arrangements.
A very enjoyable evening.
