Essential UK garage duo Gorgon City pairs up North London producers Kye ‘Foamo’ Gibbon with Matt ‘RackNRuin’ Robinson-Scott. This August sees the release of their second album Kingdom: Part 1. The highly anticipated release will be accompanied with live sets.

The producers began to work together in 2012 with their early collaborative work culminating in the Crypt Ep. The EP saw them sign to Black Butter Records through whom Robinson-Scott had previously made releases with. Their break came the following year with the release of second EP Real which feature a bass heavy title track of the same name which sold well in the UK.

The EPs set them up for the release of the single Ready For Your Love. The song featured vocals from MNEK and rose to #2 in the UK charts. Their chart success continued with the release of their debut LP Sirens. The album hit #10 in the UK album charts and featured collaborations with the lies of Laura Welsch, Erik Hassle and Katy B.

With the impending release of Kingdom: Part 1 and with Part 2 in the works, the future looks bright for Gorgon City.
