About Good Kid

Good Kid is an indie rock band from Toronto, Canada, formed in 2018. The band consists of Nick Frosst (vocals), Jon Kereliuk (drums), Michael Kozakov (bass), and guitarists David Wood and Jacob Tsafatinos. Known for their energetic and catchy sound, Good Kid blends influences from 2000s indie rock and J-rock bands such as The Strokes, Two Door Cinema Club, and Bloc Party, alongside newer inspirations like PUP and Peach Pit.

The band made a significant impact with their self-titled debut EP in 2018, followed by Good Kid 2 in 2020. Their music gained wider recognition when it was featured in Fortnite streams. In 2023, they released their third EP, Good Kid 3, which includes tracks like "Mimi's Delivery Service" and "No Time to Explain". Their latest release, Good Kid 4 (2024), includes a cover of Laufey's "From the Start," which has garnered over 90 million Spotify streams. The band continues to engage with their fans through social media platforms like Discord and Twitch, where they share gaming content and music.
