Where can I use my Gigantic Gift Card?

Gigantic gift cards can only be used to buy tickets online at gigantic.com, but cannot be redeemed against certain events which use the Stripe Payments method and can only be redeemed on events that are sold in GBP.

Can I use my Gigantic Gift Card for in-venue purchases?

Gigantic Gift Cards can only be redeemed against the cost of the tickets purchased online. Gigantic Gift Cards can not be used for in-venue purchases for merchandise or beverages.

When does my Gigantic Gift Card expire?

Gift cards are activated at the time of purchase and expire 24 months after activation. Once 24 months has passed any balance on the card is forfeited.

What happens if my Gigantic Gift Card is lost or stolen?

If a gift card is lost or stolen the balance will be lost. You should treat your gift card code as if it were cash.

Can I use my Gigantic Gift Card for more than one order?

If the full value of the gift card is not used, the remainder will be left on the gift card to be spent on your next order (using the same code)

What happoens if my Gigantic Gift Card doesn't cover the full balance?

If the order value exceeds the balance of the gift card, the remainder must be paid by credit or debit card.

Can I exchange my Gigantic Gift Card for cash?

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are strictly non-refundable.

Can I use my Gigantic Gift Card for international events?

Gift cards are only available to buy in GBP and can only be redeemed on events that are sold in GBP.

Can I use muliple Gigantic Gift Cards per order?

Only one gift card can be applied per order.

Can I use my Gigantic Gift Card after I've made an order?

Gift cards cannot be applied to orders retrospectively.
