Genesis Owusu (real name Kofi Owusu-Ansah) is the Ghanaian-Australian singer from Canberra. He fuses funk, hip hop and even punk rock.
In 2021, he dropped debut album Smiling with No Teeth which broke the Top 30 in his home country.
Their backing band consists of Kirin J. Callinan (guitar), Touch Sensitive / Michael Di Francesco (bass), Julian Sudek (drums), Andrew Klippel (keys) and Jonti (guitar, keys).
