From Ashes to New are an American rock band from Pennsylvania, formed in 2013, with founding member Matt Brandyberry remaining the driving force throughout the band’s evolution. Blending hard rock, rap and electronic influences, they quickly built momentum with their debut single “My Fight”, followed by early EP releases before unveiling their first full-length album Day One in 2016. A deluxe edition later that year featured additional material, including an acoustic version of “Lost and Alone”. The band went on to release The Future (2018), which included the breakthrough single “Crazy”, and continued to expand their sound with Panic and Blackout.
Known for high-impact singles, From Ashes to New have scored major success on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart, with tracks such as “Through It All”, “Crazy” and “Panic” all reaching the Top 11, alongside fan favourites “Nightmare”, “Hate Me Too”, “Until We Break” and “Armageddon”. Over the years the line-up has evolved, including the addition of vocalist Danny Case in 2017, but their energy and message-driven songwriting have remained constant. In July 2025, they unveiled “New Disease” from their forthcoming album Reflections, continuing their unapologetic and hard-hitting trajectory.
