Fredrik Svabø is a Norwegian musician, composer, and producer from Bergen, Norway. He has been performing with Norwegian singer AURORA since 2018, becoming the band’s main guitarist in 2021. In addition to his work with AURORA, Fredrik has collaborated with a range of artists, including Zawadi, dePresno, Askjell, Beharie, Sigrid, Vaarin, Iris, SKAAR, and Marie Løvås.
Fredrik Svabø is also pursuing a solo career, with his debut single "Talk About It" released in February 2025, featuring Norwegian singer-songwriter Thea Wang. This track is part of his upcoming album Kingo's Treat, set for release on 14th March 2025. The album features ten tracks and explores themes of relationships, drawing inspiration from influential albums such as Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp a Butterfly and D’Angelo’s Black Messiah.
