EDEN is the moniker of Dublin-born multi-instrumentalist Jonathon Ng.
EDEN is celebrated for his genre-defying sound and emotionally raw lyricism, that has garnered him a devoted global following. Emerging from the world of electronic music under the alias The Eden Project, Ng rebranded as EDEN in 2015, embracing a more alternative, indie-pop direction that blends electronic textures with organic instrumentation. With the release of his debut album vertigo in 2018, EDEN solidified his reputation for crafting immersive sonic landscapes that explore themes of identity, disconnection, and existential angst.
Known for his hands-on approach to music, such as writing, producing, and performing nearly everything himself, EDEN continued to evolve with albums like no future (2020) and ICYMI (2022), further pushing the boundaries of his sound. His work often reflects a cinematic sensibility, drawing influence from genres as diverse as ambient, R&B, and indie rock.
