To date he has over 21 studio albums and records to his name, his country anthems have rocketed up the BIllboard chart more than 30 times, he's more than 25 million records, released 5 #1 albums and his impressive record sales have seen him receive 12 Gold albums, 9 Platinum albums and a Triple Platinum certification for his 1993 album 'This Time'. Yoakam's accomplishments don't stop there, he's won a Grammy Award, a CMA Award a CMT Europe Award, a Cliffie Stone Pioneer Award and an Americana Music Association Award.
