Important information

Infants aged 0-2 do not require a ticket.
 
Please note: Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult at this event.
 
One price for all ages.
 
These are outdoor concerts.
 
Gates open 5:30pm, show starts 8pm, with The Mix providing support from 6:30pm.
 
All timings are approximate and subject to change. Please note the arena opening times are not indicative of the duration of the show itself.
 
Free parking is available on-site as well as there being a designated pick-up/drop-off area.
 
The event is unseated, therefore you are welcome to bring fold-up chairs and blankets!
 
There will be a bar courtesy of Island Ales and hot food selection courtesy freshly prepared by local traders, plus teas and coffees.
 
Only alcohol purchased from the licensed bar may be consumed in the main arena, this is a condition of our licence. Security has the right to confiscate any alcohol brought into the licensed event via any other means.
 
You will not be able to bring any alcoholic drinks or picnics into the event arena. Water in 500ml sized sealed plastic bottles and bottles/cartons of still squash are allowed (there is a drinking water tap on site where you can refill your bottles for free). Cool boxes and large bags of food, carbonates (fizzy drinks) or hot drinks are not permitted. This is out of courtesy to our local Island traders, without whom we would not be able to stage the event.
 
Camping is in a designated section of the site, adjacent to the main arena. Non-electric pitches only. Maximum pitch size 6x6m. Separate ticket required.
 
Camping tickets are per pitch, for up to 4 persons for those staying in their own tent/campervan/motorhome/caravan - arrive from midday to camp, depart by 11am the following morning.
 
To ensure everyone’s safety, the Event Promoter reserves the right to conduct security searches and ask to look in your bag prior to entry into the Event and to confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of the security agent acting on behalf of the Promoter, may contravene the event terms or cause danger or disruption to other members of the audience. Please do not be offended.
 
Performances will take place in all weathers so long as deemed safe to do so. This is a rain or shine event. Inclement weather doesn't warrant a refund scenario if the event goes ahead as planned.
 
We strongly recommend that customers add the Ticket Refund Plan to their order to insure them against any personal circumstance or decision resulting in their inability to attend the event. In this scenario, the Event Promoter is unable to transfer tickets to any subsequent Event and is not liable for refunds in the instance of accidents, unexpected illnesses or specified unforeseen circumstances.
 
Without Refund Plan all tickets are non refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
