Corella came together in Manchester after four lads from towns across the north of England ended up in the same university halls, bonding over a shared love of Foals, Two Door Cinema Club and classic rock heavyweights like The Beatles and Led Zeppelin. Years of gigging around the city followed, before debut EP Today, Tomorrow, Whenever (2022) and the Radio 1-backed single "Don't Stop Me" helped them break through. Their first album, Once Upon A Weekend (2024), was written while the band were still holding down day jobs, and went on to reach the Top 20 of the album sales and vinyl charts.
Second album A Beautiful World To Lose (2026), produced by Grammy winner Jason Perry, brought a harder, grittier edge, from the politically charged "Rewire" to tender moments such as "Lost A Friend" and "All I Want". Still, the stage is where Corella really come alive. They've sold out headline tours across the UK and Europe, played the main stage at Reading & Leeds, lit up festivals including Kendal Calling, Latitude and Truck, and toured with Kaiser Chiefs, Pale Waves, Circa Waves and The Wombats.
